What's better than gifting a beautiful experience and a beautiful end product? The purpose of this workshop is to provide an opportunity to be in the woodworking environment and to make something beautiful from local trees. It will provide you the opportunity to learn about the life cycle of urban wood with Just be Woodsy. The workshop will be comprised of the following elements:
Workspace tour
Learning about the making process
Material selection
Board/coaster making
Custom Lasering (if desired :) )
By the end of the workshop, participants will be taking home a beautiful piece of wood made from fallen trees in Toronto.
The cost of the workshop is $70 + HST initially for a smaller board or coasters and then depending on what you choose, has add-ons.
Medium Boards are $80 +HST - 1.5-2'
Large Boards/Shelves are $110 +HST - 2-3'
Prices available in gift cards reflect cost of ticket + HST, so that your guest won't have to pay any extra to use their ticket. :)
We can custom laser your board for an additional $15 at the end of the workshop.
